This 12-week program includes weekly 1-hour classes that feature:

Education for empowered action - you’ll be guided step-by-step through educational topics to learn everyday strategies to understand and manage your back pain.

Mindful movement to feel good in your body - specifically designed to be safe and supportive for individuals with back pain.

Meditation for cultivating awareness - each class ends with a brief guided meditation, so you can tap into the power of the mind to relieve stress and tension.

BONUS implementation handouts - downloadable handouts to make it easy to take action on what you learn and apply it to everyday life. 

All while being cheered on and supported by a community of like-minded people!

I’m a chiropractor, yoga instructor, and best-selling author.

This program works because it incorporates gentle movement, breath work, mindfulness, and awareness, providing a holistic method for managing your pain.
