I’m a Canadian chiropractor, yoga teacher, and best-selling author. I am passionate about helping people heal back pain using a holistic mind-body approach.

In my practice I see many patients that have co-existing pain and sleep disturbance, and I wanted to create a resource that addressed this issue so people could feel confident about creating a plan to improve their sleep and enhance their healing.

I am the founder of Yoga for Back Pain, an online program that combines education, mindful movement, and meditation that is specifically designed for people with back pain. As part of this program, we address critical lifestyle changes that are necessary for healing pain including sleep optimization, stress management, and home and work ergonomics.
